Rain doesn’t stop Rise and Run! Huge thanks to everyone who showed up and pushed through the weather today. It was great meeting Mark, a deaf runner who shared some awesome sign language terms related to running with the group. Special thanks to Tyler and Naina for stepping up to lead the groups this week!
