Groups
Walk/Jog Group
This group will follow a training method where participants alternate between walking and running, making it perfect for beginners who want to build endurance at a comfortable pace and stay injury-free.
Intermediate group
This group runs at a consistent, manageable pace around 10-12 min/mile without walking breaks. If you've completed 5K or 10K races in the past, this level is a great fit for you.
Experienced Group
This group is for individuals who have been running for several years and have a strong aerobic base. Members in this group will tackle longer distances and faster paces, around 8-10 min/mile
